Project Description: It is the intent of the City of Brownsville, Texas to solicit sealed competitive bids for the Coffee Road at Paredes Line Road Traffic Signal Improvements Project. The project will modernize and replace the existing traffic signal infrastructure at the intersection to improve traffic operations, safety, and pedestrian accessibility, including upgrades to signal equipment and related appurtenances in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards.
