Mowing Services for Vacant Lot

Project Description: It is the intent of the City of Brownsville, Texas to solicit sealed competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide mowing and related maintenance services for vacant lot properties within the City limits. These services are required to address properties that are in violation of City ordinances and to maintain public health, safety, and community appearance standards. The City seeks to establish one or more contracts with responsible vendors capable of performing work order–based services in a timely, compliant, and cost-effective manner.
Services may also be required for other City-owned, City-managed, or City-designated properties, that the City determines require mowing or related maintenance services during the contract term.
