QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME
A site visit will be scheduled for 07th August 2025 at 09:00 AM CST. All prospective offerers that do not have access to offutt AFB shall submit an NCIC Screening and Pass request to SSgt Jose Buenaventura at jose.buenaventura@us.af.mil no later than 05th August 2025 at 10:00 AM CST. Entry to the installation cannot be guaranteed for any pass request received after the submittal deadline. All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent by 14th August 2025 by 10:00 AM CST. A question and answer will be available by 19 August 2025 at 10:00 AM CST.
Site visit meeting place will be at B1000 main entrance.
If you need esort to B1000, please let us know in the email along with the NCIC form. We will meet at the OFFUTT visitor control center.

Replace approximately 2350 sq yards of carpet on Lower Level 1:
• Purchase new, approximately 1450 sq yards of carpet, Carpet to be Shaw Sculpt Loop
(Style number 5T183), Color Clay installed Monolithic to match in progress project on
Level 1.
• Remove existing & replace with new, approximately 1100 sq yards of corridor carpet,
salvaging as much reusable carpet as possible for reuse in office spaces.
• Remove existing & replace with new, approximately 350 sq yards of corridor carpet in
secure area, salvaging as much reusable carpet as possible for reuse in office spaces.
(Escorts will be required)
• Work shall be performed in a manner that corridors remain open during work.
• Purchase new approximately 300 sq yards of carpet to match Shaw Knit Color Sterling
currently used in office spaces. No purchase required to match Mixed metal carpet.
• Use both the salvaged carpet tiles from the corridors and new carpet tiles to replace carpet
tiles in private office spaces at 1002 desks, approx. 900 sq yards. (Escorts will be required)
• See attached schedules that list both corridors and rooms affected.
