Gateway Ticketing Systems (GTS), Reimplementation Project RFI

Project Description: The Division of Contracts and Procurement has received a request to purchase from a “sole source” vendor. If, for any reason, any party does not agree that this sole source purchase is applicable, please email the contact person for Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement Division prior to 10/15/2025 by 1:00 PM Mountain Time.
Salt Lake County seeks to: Work with a Sole Source Provider on this project which involves a review, recommendation, rebuild, expansion, and reimplementation of the SLCo Clark Planetarium Galaxy Point of Sale (POS) environment. There is no independent or alternative vendor for this service as Gateway Ticketing Systems is the owner of and sole service provider for the POS software.
