Project Description: This a solicitation for a Vendor that can create, implement, train and support the Office for Students with Disabilities need for an Allocation Model for Teachers and SECAs Refinement (Project 1) and also a Related Service Provider Workload-Based Provisioning Model (Project 2). These projects will benefit the district with a more accurate calculation of staffing needed to meet the needs of students in schools. Currently, the modeling for the staffing of TEachers, SECAs and Clinicians are manually calculated and broadly defined. This project is intended to identify and more precisely define the parameters
