Description

The USDA Forest Services requires lawn maintenance at RWU-SRS-4155, 432 Stoneville Road, Stoneville, MS 38776.



Anticipated starting date from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2026, plus 4 Option Years.



The quoters shall submit their quote to Nestor Rivera Gonzalez, by email at nestor.riveragonzalez@usda.gov no later than



Sunday, August 17th, 2025, at 1159 PM Eastern Standard Time.



(xvii) Site Visit

A formal site visit will be held on August 7, 2025, at 0900 AM Eastern Standard Time. The site visit will be held at RWU-SRS-4155, 432 Stoneville Road, Stoneville, MS 38776.

IMPORTANT:



9.0 Quality Control

The contractor shall develop and maintain a quality control program to ensure systematic inspection of facilities and grounds conditions.

(2) Completed Schedule of Items (See Attachment 2)

(3) Complete Experiences Questionnaire (See Attachment 3)



The contractor will supervise, provide supplies, personnel and equipment to maintain the front, back, and side lawn weekly. Includes trimming, remove grass clippings, leaves, and debris from the lawn, flowerbeds, parking lot and to several different sites. Contractor is responsible of providing qualified employees for the work.
