THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID (RFB). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.

The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract with a vendor to provide one (1) new ChemGrout CG575/3C6 Group Pump Trailer or MNDOT approved equal.

SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Lisa.Jaeger@state.mn.us no later than June 10, 2025, 2:00 PM CST. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed above may result in rejection of the response.

If you have any product(s) or material(s) that you want considered as approved equal(s) to the product(s) and/or material(s) identified within Attachment F: Specification Requirements and Responder Capabilities and Exhibit C of the Sample Contract, you MUST submit these as questions to lisa.jaeger@state.mn.us prior to the questions deadline found in Section 1.  NO PRODUCTS WILL BE CONSIDERED AS APPROVED EQUALS THAT WERE NOT EMAILED TO THE CONTACT LISTED ABOVE BEFORE THE END OF THE Q&A DEADLINE.
