Needed Service or Supply: Provide and Install 3 Outer Entrance Doors with locks to Campground Shower House. Ordering Location and Address: Cowan Lake State Park Camp Shower House 1750 Osborn Road Wilmington, OH 45177 Project Background: We are needing to install new entrance doors to our shower house. The goal is to install entrance doors that are accessible to only our registered campers to keep them in a more secure environment while utilizing the facility. Specifications/Scope of Work Provide and Install Quantity of 3 Outer Entrance Doors to Campground Shower House that can accommodate code locks and/or lock automatically at a certain time. Below are measurements of the Men’s side, women’s side and the laundry facility area. Delivery: Cowan Lake State Park 1750 Osborn Road Wilmington, OH 45177 Completion/Delivery Date: June 30, 2025 Site Visit & Point of Contact Prior to submitting a bid response, offerors are required to visit the Cowan Lake State Park Campground Showerhouse 1750 Osborn Road Wilmington, OH 45177 to inspect and view the items. Once a contract is awarded, failure of the bidder to have requested a site visit to become familiar with the facility and requirements of the bid will be insufficient reason to support any request to be released from the contract. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State. Contract Award. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total. Low lot total will be determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive. |
