AN OFFICIAL SOLICITATION IS NOW ANTICIPATED IN JUNE/JULY 2025 FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. THIS REQUIREMENT IS ANTICIPATED TO BE UNRESTRICTED WITH NO SET-ASIDE. THIS IDIQ CONTRACT WILL BE FOR EPA REGIONS 3, 8, 9 & 10. EPA WILL SOLICIT RESERVING THE RIGHT TO ISSUE A SINGLE AWARD IDIQ OR A MULTIPLE AWARD IDIQ. IF MULTIPLE AWARD, TASK ORDERS WILL BE ISSUED NON-COMPETITIVELY TO THE IDIQ AWARDEE OF THAT SPECIFIC REGION. EPA HAS ATTACHED THE MOST UP-TO-DATE STATEMENT OF WORK TO THIS NOTICE LABELED "ESAT 3.8.9.10 SOW_6.5.2025", AS WELL AS THE SOW ADDENDUMS FOR EACH REGION LABELED "SOW ADDENDUM REGIONS 3_8_9_10". EPA IS NOT REQUESTING ANY RESPONSES TO THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE.
