EMC Scarlet 009 4 MG Water Tank

Project Description: Eagle Mountain City is requesting proposals from responsible firms or individuals for the construction of a new 4 Million Gallon AWWA D115 pre stressed water tank located just East of Pole Canyon Blvd. This project includes the excavation for and construction of a 4 million Gallon AWWA D115 tank with the associated access road and site piping as shown in the attached plans & specifications. In order to bid on this project, contractor shall be a qualified pre-stressed AWWA D115 contractor. A qualified prestressed AWWA D115 contractor is a contractor who has completed a minimum of 3 AWWA D115 prestressed tanks larger than or equal to 2 million gallons.
Instructions for bidders:
A mandatory meeting and site walk is being conducted on August 14, 2025 @ 2:00 pm at EMC Public Works upstairs conference room located at 2565 N Pony Express Pkwy, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005.
ATTENTION:
Sealed bids for the EMC Scarlet 009 4 MG Water tank project will be open until August 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM (noon) at which time the proposals will be opened and reviewed.
The following documents will be required with bidding documents and/or with a contract award.
** Bid Bond for 5% of the total project required with the bidding documents**
Insurance verification with bid, Certificate of Insurance at contract signing
** 100% Performance Bond will be posted by the approved contractor at contract signing **
** 100% Payment Bond will be posted by the approved contractor at contract signing **
Any bid received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will not be considered.
OPENING OF BIDS:
Bids will be opened on or around the bid closing. Results will be posted after bids have been evaluated. Vendors who submit a bid will be notified of the results via email. The email will include a spreadsheet of all vendors, and the amounts of the bids submitted for the project. Please include the name and email address of your contact person in the cover letter so we can send the notification of bid results. Bids will also be posted on Eaglemountaincity.com/purchasing. Once a vendor is chosen for the awarded contract all vendors will be notified of the vendor who will be awarded the contract. The chosen vendor will submit the remaining required insurance, bonds, and other required documentation with a signed contract.
