Project Description: Housing Assistance Management Enterprise (HAME) is soliciting proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide comprehensive design and consulting services for its new Mansell Manor Townhomes project. A preliminary massing study for this project envisions twenty to twenty-four townhomes or similar multi-family housing units with surface parking arranged around a central courtyard. The services will also include planning to incorporate this project into a major HAME mixed-use development on the western portion of the site. (The mixed-use development will be subject to a separate procurement and contract.)
