Description

VA is seeking to lease a maximum of 4,536 rentable square feet (RSF) of clinical space in Houston, Texas. The space needs to be contiguous. Operations will be for outpatient readjustment counseling needs for Veterans. The property shall include 30 on-site surface parking spaces.



Lease Term: 20 years firm.



Delineated Area:



Bounded on the North: Long Point East to Hempstead Hwy and West to Blalock



Bounded on the East: Westcott



Bounded on the South: Blalock/San Felipe to West Loop S



Bounded on the West: Long Point and Blalock/Echo/Blalock (turns into Echo Ln and then back to Blalock S of I-10) to Voss



VA staff will conduct a market survey of properties offered for lease. Interested offerors (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives) should submit information via e-mail no later than 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on 08/08/2025 to:
