Project Description: This Invitation to Bid is issued for the purpose of securing bids for the Utility Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Services at north and south effluent disposal sites. There will be a MANDATORY Site Visit required and only those vendors who attend the Mandatory Site Visit will be allowed to submit bids. The resulting contract will be for one (1) year with the option for two (2) each one (1) year renewals, upon mutual agreement.
