The City of Eugene is seeking (1) qualified contractor to provide a program for Peer Navigation Services in high volume corridors outside of the downtown core, including Highway 99, River Road, the Whiteaker Neighborhood and West Eugene (6th, 7th, and W 11th Avenues). This City wants to build upon the existing Downtown Peer Navigator program and aims to extend trauma informed outreach and service navigation to vulnerable populations in additional areas of the city.
