ON-CALL PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES FOR CITY EVENTS, COUNCIL
MEETINGS, AND OTHER AS-NEEDED CITY EVENTS

through PlanetBids is unauthorized and will be considered invalid. Attempts to contact
or lobby members of the City of Carson Staff or its Elected Officials during the bidding
and evaluation period may result in disqualification. If a job walk, site visit, or pre
bid/pre-proposal meeting is designated as Mandatory above, attendance and sign-in are
required for bid eligibility. If designated as Optional, attendance is encouraged.
