Notice of Intent to Sole Source Morris System Inc.

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

Navajo Area Indian Health Services (NAIHS), Crownpoint Healthcare Facility located in Crownpoint, New Mexico intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm fixed priced contract with Morris Systems Incorporated, 3900 S. Stonebridge Drive, #903, McKinney, TX 75070 for System M32, Material management software system. This acquisition is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), due to exclusive licensing agreement circumstances.

The Proposed Contractor; Morris Systems Incorporated offers an inventory management system that is used Indian Health Services wide. The system is compatible with Crownpoint Healthcare Facility IT infrastructure and is currently in use at CHCF. The inventory management system is currently in use for the overall management of inventory of critical goods and equipment.

Period of Performance is 01/01/2025 to 12/31/2025.

This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Only emailed responses will be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition would be advantageous to the Government.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Last day to provide affirmative written response is December 9th, 2024 at 10:00am EST.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Any solicitation resulting from the analysis of information obtained will be announced to the public in Federal Business Opportunities in accordance with the FAR Part 5. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
