This is a Market Survey to locate sources to maintain the TS-3920C/ASM Computer Test Set (CTS) part number: 05-0330-07, NSN: 6625-01-529-3346. The current source of supply Ultrax Aerospace Inc., 4200 Northeast Sun Court Lee's Summit, Missouri 64064, Cage Code 07PR7. The Army does not own or have access to a complete technical data package defining the manufacture and acceptance testing of the CTS, nor can it make it available to any other organization. Only the original equipment manufacturer, Ultrax Aerospace Inc., has the complete technical Data Package. The CTS shall be able to detect, troubleshoot and align faults in the Automated Flight Control System for the UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter. Vendor capable of maintaining the CTS must so indicate, by writing to COMMANDER, US ARMY DEVCOM C5ISR CENTER, E & SI, SASSAR, AVIONICS C5 ACQUISITION and READINESS, APG, FCDD-ISE-HIB, 6590 Reconnaissance Street, Building 6010, 2nd floor room 229, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the above source or a statement from the above source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, maintain the CTS.
