NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
The Housing Authority of the City of North Little Rock dba NorthBridge Housing Solutions (NBHS) will offer for sale to the highest bidder the following land:
Vacant Land known as Hemlock Courts
400 N. Palm Street in North Little Rock, Arkansas
Parcel # 33N3180001100, 33N3180001300, and 33N3190000200
Within Census Tract No. 05-119-002800
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION PER DECLARATION OF TRUST (DOT):
A parcel of land consisting of a portion of J. M. Branch Subdivision of Blocks I and 2, Choctaw Addition to the City of North Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and a part of Blocks 12 and 13 of Choctaw Addition, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Block 3, J. M. Branch Subdivision of part of Blocks 1 and 2 of Choctaw Addition; thence N 89° 40’ E ‘along the north line of said Block 3, 459.7 feet to a point; thence S 0° 01’ E 987.4 feet to a point which is 30 feet north of the north right-of-way line of the C. R. I. & P. Railroad; thence S 89° 39’ W 459.7 feet along a line parallel to and 30 feet from the north right-of.-way line of the C. R. I. & P. Railroad; thence N 0° 1’ W 988 feet to the point of beginning, containing 10.42I acres, more or less.
