Bulletin Desc:
The Town of Montague is seeking responses from qualified individuals, partnerships, or firms for Ownerâ??s Project Manager (OPM) Services for the planning and completion of the Massachusetts Public Library Construction Program (MPLCP) Level of Design of a renovated or new public library. OPM services will commence immediately after contract award. Planning and design is required to be completed by December 31, 2025.
