The purpose of this funding is to create evidence-based, theory-informed, and data driven co-occurring response Teams embedded in high schools to offer intervention and treatment services. Through a partnership between a community based behavioral health provider and their local high school, the Teams will offer intervention, diversion (alternatives to school suspension for substance use infractions), and treatment services in-person at the partnered school.
