Remove hazardous materials from the Building and dispose of them. Interior demolition and disposal as per demolition package drawings.
Hazardous materials include, but are not limited to, asbestos in ceiling tiles, drywall ceiling, and drywall partitions and lead paint to walls, paint to block walls, window caulking, vinyl tiles, parging cement to pipe fittings, parging over fiberglass, PCB caulking and PCB ballasts. Follow Alberta Asbestos Abatement Manual-2019
Bid documents are accepted only via Ariba. Failure to submit bid documents via Ariba will result in a non compliant bid. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations
