Rebid for RFQ-2506 - Rockingham County is now accepting sealed proposals for the first phase of the Hogan’s Creek Park Trail System project. This project will focus on designing and constructing a multi-use trail system on County-owned property located at 128 Stanley Rd, Stokesdale, NC 27357. The County is seeking qualified design-build teams to perform all aspects of the project, including but not limited to community engagement, design, construction, and project management.
