Chesterfield County submits this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from those entities (Offerors) interested in contracting to serve as the Design-Builder for the Otterdale Road at Swift Creek Drainage Project (Project). The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit information that will enable Chesterfield County to determine which Offerors: (a) are best qualified to successfully execute the design and construction of the Project; and (b) will be invited to submit proposals in response to Chesterfield County’s Request for Proposals (RFP). Please do not submit your responses via PInG - instructions for submission are within the RFQ document.
