The Work includes the following major items: The project consists the expansion and renovation of the existing Arnold Senior Center. The proposed expansion will include renovation of 6,690 S.F. of the existing facility and adding an additional 4,726 S.F. The project will also incorporate reconfiguration of the onsite traffic pattern and parking, the abandonment of the on site septic system and the connection of the facility to the public sewer.
