Interested Bidders are referred to the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District Purchasing Department website, at https://www.fsusd.org/page/warehouse-and-purchasing, for all communication, instructions, and forms. The RFP packet will be posted by 4:00 p.m. on January 15, 2025 to the Purchasing Department webpage at https://www.fsusd.org/page/warehouse-and-purchasinga. All questions regarding this RFP will be accepted until 4:00 pm on January 27, 2025, and must be submitted via email to: Melissa Iriarte at melissair@fsusd.org - using the subject line of “RFP #2230-26 Questions”. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to check the website for addenda and/or updates.

Sealed Bids/Proposals will be received on or before 10:00 a.m., February 13, 2025, at the office of the Purchasing Department, 3rd floor, 2490 Hilborn Road, Fairfield, California. One original and one electronic version (usb drive) response must be submitted in a sealed, clearly marked envelope. All proposals must be received and time and date stamped in the Purchasing office by the above due date and time. Proposals received after the due date and time will be returned unopened to the Bidder. No exceptions. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
