Division of Public Health Services
The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health Services is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals (“RFP” or “solicitation”) from qualified Vendors to provide direct family-to-family and adult-to-family support and services for children diagnosed with hearing loss. The support and services provided will ensure thorough diagnostic testing and timely referral to early intervention, which will support the development of language and developmental milestones for children served.
