RFP-2025-DPHS-08-PHPRO: Public Health Professional Support Services

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health Services (“Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals (“Solicitation” or “RFP”) from qualified Vendors to provide public health professional support services to the Department’s Bureau of Infectious Disease Control, Infectious Disease Prevention, Investigation and Care Services Section through the development and implementation of needs assessments, educational materials, integrated infectious prevention and care planning, the coordination of social media campaigns, technical assistance, and logistical support.
