The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health Services, Bureau of Laboratory Services, Public Health Laboratory (PHL) (collectively referred herein as “Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals ("Solicitation" or "RFP") from qualified Vendors to provide same-day transportation of specimens, sample and supplies between the Department, located at 29 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH 03301, and hospitals/health care facilities (“Authorized Submitters”).
