Grand Valley State University (GVSU) is accepting competitive proposals for Medical Director services to provide clinical supervision and oversight at the GVSU Campus Health Center for a two year term. See full RFP in the below attachment. If you wish to provide this service, submit your proposal via the Workday Strategic Sourcing platform no later than 5:00 p.m. ET Tuesday, March 25, 2025. Your proposal must be received by that date and time. No telephone, fax, drop-off, or verbal quotations will be accepted. GVSU is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible proposals. Direct all questions regarding this RFP to Kip Smalligan via Workday Strategic Sourcing platform.

There will be an optional on-site pre-bid meeting at the Campus Health Center on Friday February 28, 2025 at 2:00 pm ET where you can see the facility and ask questions. The location is 10383 42nd Ave., Ste A, Allendale, MI 49401. All who wish to submit a proposal must attend. See campus map (Building UHC on the map [H-17]). Please watch for pedestrians. Pedestrians have the right of way at nearly all crosswalks that do not have traffic lights.
