Pre-Bid Conference: A MANDATORY pre-bid will be held Friday, May 2, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.in the pavilion in Loyce E. Harpe Park, located at 400 West Carter Road, Lakeland, FL 33830. A MANDATORY site visit will immediately follow. An authorized representative or agent of the Bidder must be present at this meeting, as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Bidder’s Submittal will be considered non-responsive. An authorized representative or agent of the Bidder must be present at these meetings in person, as evidenced by their attendance on the meeting’s sign-in sheets. Attendance will be taken prior to the start and end of the meeting. If the Bidder does not sign-in or provide information before or after the meeting, the Bidder’s submittal will be considered non-responsive.
