The City of Watertown (MA) is seeking the services of a qualified Contractor within the meaning of MGL c149, ยงยง44A to 44J inclusive; applicable to sections of MGL c30, to provide construction services for the Parker Building Renovation. Renovation of approximately 29,215 square feet of the existing Parker Building at 124 Watertown St, Watertown, MA. The scope of work will also include Fire Protection upgrades and Generator Infrastructure upgrades.
