Services include limited environmental screenings, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Assessments, environmental sampling and analysis, environmental compliance assistance and general environmental consulting/technical expertise. |

| General Instructions: | Each consulting firm shall submit an electronic version, in PDF format with bookmarks, via email.
