Dallas College is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide expert guidance and support for the development and implementation of its first Competency-Based Education (CBE) program, the Bachelor of Applied Science in Management (BASM).

Close Date: July 17, 2025 no later than 2:00 p.m. CST.
Cost Proposal submittal must be password protected and emailed to the Sourcing Analyst.
