| Contract Description/Overview: | The professional services consultant (Consultant) will be responsible for the management and update of the over 40 Regional Stormwater Management Program (RSMP) stormwater models and supporting data for areas encompassing the Chagrin River, Cuyahoga River, Rocky River, and Black River watersheds, and Lake Erie Direct tributaries. The Consultant will provide overview of the stormwater project models developed under other District contracts including stormwater advanced planning, design, and construction projects. The Consultant will utilize model-predicted problems under existing conditions and recommended alternatives to support prioritizing the stormwater design and construction program. The Consultant will manage the update of modeling and monitoring standards and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency under the RSMP. The Consultant will install and manage stormwater monitoring data to support RSMP projects, model calibration, and urgent storm event response. As requested by the District, the Consultant will provide supporting services related to the stormwater models including surveying and technical support. |
