This solicitation is to establish contracts with qualified Bidders to provide all labor, supervision, expertise and equipment necessary for snow and ice removal and anti-icing associated services along County roadways, in accordance with these specifications. Work shall be under the general supervision of the Director of Public Works and/or designees. A Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Friday, August 8th, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. local time via Zoom. The Pre-Bid will be immediately followed by a Virtual Workshop. All 2025-2026 snow packets must be completed by 3:00 p.m. local time, November 15, 2025, to be eligible for 100% of the Retainer/Performance fees.
