Description:
The City of Greenville is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the 2026 Garage Rehabilitation Project. The site location is the Richardson Street Parking Garage located at 66 Richardson Street, Greenville, SC 29601. The proposed scope of work includes various tuckpointing repairs, sealant replacement, painting of multiple surfaces, rout and seal joints, cove seal replacement, installation of new compression joint, restriping, roof replacement, installation of new traffic coating, and other misc. work throughout the garage.

Bids will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. ET, August 26, 2025. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., August 12, 2025.
