Description

The City of Greenville is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the 2025 River Place Fountain repair project. The scope of work includes varies work associated with waterproofing the entire side, including 3 planters, which will require the removal of all trees and plant material. The exterior rock facade will need to be removed and reinstalled once the waterproofing is completed. Alternate 1 will address other planters where the same process will need to be followed. Alternate 2 will address concrete and compacting work.

Bids will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. ET, September 4, 2025. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., August 28, 2025.
