The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division for Behavioral Health (“Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Applications ("Solicitation" or "RFP") from qualified Vendors to operate and maintain a 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (“Lifeline”) in NH, which provides free and confidential support and resources to individuals who are experiencing behavioral health-related distress or suicidal crisis via call, chat, or text 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year ("24/7/365").
