Pre-Bid Conference: A MANDATORY pre-bid and site visit will be held Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in the Hunt Fountain Pavilion, located on the south side of the park entrance at 7036 Green Road, Lakeland, FL 33810. An authorized representative or agent of the Bidder must be present at this meeting and site visit, as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Bidder’s Submittal will be considered non-responsive.
