The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health (“Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals ("Solicitation" or "RFP") from qualified Vendors to provide medical direction and training for the Regional Public Health Networks (RPHNs) to ensure a skilled public health workforce is prepared and able to provide public health emergency response clinics (e.g. immunization services, emergency medical countermeasure distribution or dispensing, and infectious disease outbreak testing) at the regional level including oversight and medical direction for the aforementioned public health emergency response clinic activities.
