RFP: ATM at Public Market and International Plaza
The City of Rochester requests proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to provide installation and maintenance of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) at the Rochester Public Market and the International Plaza.
Background
The Rochester Public Market, located at 280 North Union Street, serves almost 50,000 patrons weekly. Because many of the vendors do not have access to phone lines for online payment processing, a large percentage of the transactions are in cash, and many customers need access to an ATM.
The City also operates another market facility, The International Plaza at 828 North Clinton Ave. This site houses 5 kiosks that house restaurants and other businesses.
Timeline
The City of Rochester will make every effort to adhere to the following schedule. However, changes to the schedule may be made in the City’s sole discretion:
