Pre-Bid Conference: A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting will be held Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the Polk County Utilities Administration building, located at 1011 Jim Keene Blvd, State Road 540, Winter Haven, FL 33881. Mandatory site visits will immediately follow. An authorized representative or agent of the Proposer must be present in-person at this meeting and the site visits as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Proposer’s proposal will be considered non-responsive.
