The City of Sedalia, Missouri is seeking proposals for the purchase and re-use of property owned by the City of Sedalia located at 1827 S. Barrett. The property consists of a vacant lot approximately 0.26 acres (11,160 square feet) zoned R-2 Two Family Residential.

Response Process

Responses shall be submitted with the words "Response to 1827 S. Barrett" on the title line of the form, in the subject line of the email or clearly indicated outside of the mailing.

Responses will be reviewed in Council Chambers shortly after the closing date and time.

Details

The City desires to award and sell the property to the qualified applicant with the most favorable proposal for the property. The City reserves the right to place any necessary covenants on the property, based on the proposed usage described on the applicant’s proposal.
