RFP: Genesee River Debris Mitigation
Overview
The City of Rochester, through its Bureau of Architecture & Engineering, is soliciting proposals for preliminary engineering services for Genesee River Debris Mitigation Assessment.
The project will include developing a debris mitigation plan to capture and remove tree debris flow in the Genesee River south of downtown Rochester.
The consultant is requested to submit proposals for schematic design through preliminary design as indicated in the RFP.
Questions
A pre-proposal meeting will not be held for this project. Questions should be submitted in writing before November 20, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Responses to these questions will be compiled and posted to this page on November 24, 2025.
Submission delivery information
Submit five (5) copies and one (1) electronic copy of your proposal by Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
