RFP-2026-DMS-01-EBINT (DoIT #2025-021): Enterprise Business Intelligence 2.0
DHHS Division of Medicaid Services, Bureau of Information Services
The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Information Services (Department/State) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified Vendors to develop, implement, operate, and maintain On-Premises or Cloud Based solutions for an Enterprise Business Intelligence 2.0 (EBI 2.0), including related information technology systems, operational and governance support, and business consulting services. EBI 2.0 will integrate the current and future state architecture of the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) with other Department/State program systems; and replace or evolve the current Department wide EBI platform to meet current and future Department business needs.
