Construction of PORTS OF INDIANA-BURNS HARBOR

BH-2025-C5 SLAG REMEDIATION FOR PARCEL 2L014

Bid Deadline: 12/12/25, at 11:00 A.M. CST

The Ports of Indiana is issuing this bid package for the restoration of Parcel 2L014 to a usable condition, including the removal of slag material, located in Porter County, Indiana. Specifications and requirements can be found in the Bid Packet.

Bids must include all items as specified by the contract plans and specifications and be emailed to bids@portsofindiana.com or delivered to the Port Office - 6625 S Boundary Dr, Portage, Indiana 46368 - by 11:00 A.M. CST on December 12, 2025.

For all plans and specifications: Email asedam@portsofindiana.com to request a bid packet. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid is required. POI intends to award the contract to the lowest and best bid.

Mandatory pre-bid meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting/site inspection will be hosted on December 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM CST. All questions must be submitted in writing to bids@portsofindiana.com. Bidders should meet at the Port Office - 6625 S. Boundary Drive, Portage, IN 46368.
