RFA-2027-DLTSS-01-PREAD: Pre-Admission Resident Review & Nursing Facility Level of Care Services
Division of Long Term Supports and Services
The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Long Term Supports and Services ("Department") is seeking responses to this Request for Applications ("Solicitation" or "RFA") from qualified Vendors to implement and administer a Pre-Admission Screening Resident Review (PASRR) process statewide, in accordance with state and federal laws, rules, and regulations, for individuals seeking admission to or currently residing in a Medicaid-certified nursing facility; to provide medical, psychological, and/or psychiatric consultant services for evaluating claims of disability; and to conduct nursing facility Level of Care determinations for Medicaid payments to nursing facilities and home and community-based care agencies.
