Request for Qualifications for Insurance Brokerage Services

The St. Louis Convention and Visitors Commission (CVC), dba Explore St. Louis, is soliciting information for an insurance broker who will handle the placement and servicing of our property and casualty coverage. This insurance program includes property, general liability, automobile liability, crime, umbrella, directors and officer/employment practices liability, cyber, kidnap/ransom and workers compensation policies. Primary Objective: The CVC seeks to engage a broker that acts as a strategic risk advisor (not merely a placement agent) with a demonstrated ability to reduce total cost of risk through program design, market leverage, claims performance, and risk mitigation strategies. The issuance of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) constitutes only an invitation to submit the requested information. This information will be utilized to evaluate the expertise of firms providing insurance brokerage services in the public entity and hospitality/venue sectors.
