PORTS OF INDIANA-MOUNT VERNON

Scale Road and Bluff Road Paving

Project Number: MV-2026-C1

Bid Deadline: January 30, 2026, 11 a.m. (Central Time) (No exceptions)

Notice is hereby given that Ports of Indiana (POI) is seeking bids for the paving of Scale Road and Bluff Road, located in Posey County, Indiana. Specifications and requirements can be found in the bid documents.

For all plans and specifications: Email asedam@portsofindiana.com to request a bid package and requirements. Bids must include all items as specified by the bid plans and specifications. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid is required. POI intends to award the contract to the lowest and best bid.

Non-mandatory pre-bid meeting: A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting/site inspection will be hosted on January 21, 2026, at 10 a.m. Central Time. Bidders should meet at the Port Office: 2751 Bluff Road, Mount Vernon, IN 47620.
