Project Scope: The selected Contractor shall provide comprehensive drone light show services including all equipment, personnel, programming, permits, insurance, and operational support necessary to successfully execute three (3) drone light shows at the Dona Ana County Fairgrounds on the specified dates. The Contractor shall be fully responsible for all aspects of production, safety, and execution.
